“Our family is a new customer of Abundant Air. This week Gavin came out to do a cleaning and maintenance check on our furnace to prepare for winter. Apparently he was running ahead of schedule as we received a call from the dispatcher asking whether it would be okay if he came early. This says a lot about how Abundant Air does its scheduling. Most service people I deal with are late and stressed out by how many more calls they have to finish in the day, so this was a breath of fresh air. We said early would be fine for us.
