Professional and punctual septic service

After a year in our new house build in St. Andrews we needed our septic tank emptied.  We called Kings and made an appointment.  They were able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable time.  Being that it was our first ever septic service, we had some questions for the driver/operator.  He answered all of our questions while working professionally.  Kings isn’t the cheapest septic service out there, but they were professional, punctual and they provided good quality service.

Prompt relief for septic stress

We had a septic tank pump back up and called the fantastic team at Kings. From the girls doing the booking to the pump truck driver Yaro who’s professionalism and attention to detail was 5 star! Thank you for your prompt service and helping relieve the stress of this situation. You will be highly recommended.

Hopefully I don’t have to, but should any other problems arise I’ll only be calling A-1.

Professional Service in Extreme Conditions

Biff’s came out and pumped out my septic tank very late in the season when my local guys would not. I could not be happier with the service they provided very professional and did a nice job, got it all cleaned up quick. Definitely a case were a flush is better than a full house when it is -40 and you plug the system up because the tank could not get pumped.

Job Well done!

We like Sunrise Septic because they protect your landscaping by keeping heavy equipment strictly on the driveway and using an extra-long hose.

Their services accommodate rural communities, such as Springfield, Brokenhead, and St. Clements. They’ve also got it all handled since they’re open for maintenance and repairs.

We appreciate their use of a highly automated text notification system to keep you informed. You receive an alert when the truck is on the way and another one the moment the job is finished.

Helpful Information and Professional Booking

Great experience with this family owned business from beginning to end last Friday afternoon. Booking was straightforward and got texts to keep me informed of the appointment time. When I asked Cam about the condition of the septic tank, he provided me with very useful information that I hadn’t received in the past from others. Very professional!  Highly recommend this service!
