Yes it is a physical site & real stand-up guy that has been selling containers for years-most others selling containers are scammers working remote & will make your money disappear. I was able to pick the one I wanted on site, pay for it & arrange delivery within an hour. After a couple of unforseen hiccups(employee sick) with the 3rd party shipping contractor it arrived. Delivery was awesome & was able to place it where I wanted quickly.
