Teach Kids About Earth Day Through Play at the Children’s Museum in Winnipeg on April 22, 2025
The Children’s Museum in Winnipeg is hosting Earth Day celebrations on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. From 11 AM to 3 PM, you can participate in fun, family-friendly activities that teach young minds simple yet meaningful ways to care for the environment.
Recycle Everywhere, a non-profit organization focused on beverage container recycling, will be there to play What Goes Where with the kids. Through this game, the little ones will learn how to segregate waste and conserve resources.
We’re most excited about the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society’s Habitat Hide N Seek activity. While the kids play hide-and-seek, they will also get to know the different types of environments where animals live.
