5 Best Reflexology Places in Winnipeg for Deep Relief
I’ve tried acupuncture when my body needed a proper reset, so naturally, I started wondering what else might do the trick. Reflexology felt like a good next step, especially when stress seems to settle straight into my feet.
There’s something appealing about working with pressure points instead of going straight for another treatment-heavy option. After long Winnipeg days, a little focused footwork can sound surprisingly luxurious.
So I looked into the best reflexology in Winnipeg for places that make unwinding feel less like a chore. These spots stood out for helping tired bodies slow down, loosen up, and hopefully leave a bit lighter.
How much does reflexology cost in Winnipeg?
Reflexology in Winnipeg typically costs $65 to $150 per hour. An average visit is around $100.
A 30-minute session usually costs $45 to $75. A 45-minute appointment runs about $70 to $90.
For 60 minutes, expect to pay around $75 to $115. A longer 90-minute session generally costs $105 to $160.
1. MYRA JACINTO Reflexology | Winnipeg

Address: 664-A Sheppard Street
Contact: +1 (204) 421-4435
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10 AM – 6 PM | Friday by appointment | Sunday by appointment
MYRA JACINTO Reflexology Winnipeg feels like a good fit if you want more than the usual feet-only session.
Myra Jacinto is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist, with training that covers foot, facial, lymphatic, and Thai reflexology.
I like that there’s room to switch things up depending on what feels comfortable that day. If your feet are feeling particularly antisocial, hand-focused options and head spa combinations give you another way to unwind.
Her Reflexology Lymph Drainage training stood out to me because it adds something a little more specialized to the menu.
The overall setup feels suited to anyone exploring gentler wellness treatments without committing to anything too elaborate.
The downside is that some of the more elaborate packages can sit at the pricier end of the scale. Online booking may feel a bit limiting too if you’re hoping to build a more customized session.

I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and deeply relaxed
My first reflexology session was truly a personal and unforgettable experience. I didn’t know what to expect, but Ate Myra made me feel comfortable from the start. The pressure and technique were amazing, and I could feel the tension slowly melting away. It was not only relaxing for my feet but for my whole body and mind. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and deeply relaxed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a special and therapeutic experience. I’m so glad I tried it and will definitely be coming back.

Truly the best reflexologist in Winnipeg
I initially booked a foot and hand Thai massage, but my reflexologist (Myra) recommended trying a different combination—foot and face reflexology. Honestly, it was the best decision ever! I’ve never done anything like this before, but the experience was so relaxing and therapeutic that I found myself booking another session right away.
She is truly the best reflexologist in Winnipeg—very genuine, intuitive, and skilled in her practice. You can tell she truly cares about her clients’ well-being, going above and beyond to provide a personalized and healing experience. I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and refreshed. Highly recommended!

2. Winnipeg Reflexology Etc

Address: 7 Osgoode Place
Contact: (204) 256-3338 (FEET)
Hours: Tuesday by appointment | Saturday by appointment
Winnipeg Reflexology Etc has been around since 1993, so this isn’t exactly a newcomer to the city’s wellness scene. Founder Chin Hwa Chu brings more than 30 years of reflexology practice to the table.
What caught my eye is the range beyond standard foot work. You can explore hand and ear reflexology, acupuncture, cupping, Qua Sha, and Chu’s own Yin Yang Reflexology approach.
I like that the menu gives you a few different ways to test what actually feels relaxing for your body. It’s the sort of place that suits curious clients who’d rather explore complementary care than stick to one routine.
The trade-off is that regular reflexology sessions run for 45 minutes rather than a full hour.
Booking ahead is smart too, since same-day appointments can cost noticeably more.

Cares about the issues you have and finding a solution to give relief/get rid of the pain
Love Chin, he’s very friendly and funny and doesn’t judge anyone. He only cares about the issues you have and finding a solution to give relief/get rid of the pain. He will talk to you and answer any questions you have about what he’s doing for you. Sometimes he will give you advice, or pressure points to massage, or numbers to read at home that will help get rid of the pain (it’s crazy how it works). He will work on pretty much anything you need help with, even when you catch a cold.

3. The Sole Whisperer

Address: 503 Chelsea Ave
Contact: (204) 204 995 5261
Hours: Monday-Wednesday, 9 AM – 7:30 PM | Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM | Saturday by appointment | Sunday by appointment
The Sole Whisperer feels like the sort of place you try when standard foot reflexology isn’t quite adventurous enough.
Stacie Peters brings more than 15 years of experience and holds Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist and teaching credentials.
Her sessions can cover foot, hand, and ear or face reflexology, with selected essential oils worked in where appropriate. She can incorporate Lymph Drainage Reflexology too, which gives the treatment menu a bit more range.
I like that her approach is grounded in the Reflexology Association of Canada method but doesn’t feel overly cookie-cutter. It’s a cozy option if you prefer a quieter, more personal setting.
The catch is that this is a home studio with two resident cats, which won’t suit everyone. Reflexology payments are limited to cash, cheque, or e-transfer, so card users may need to plan ahead.
4. Organic Therapy by Jasmine Mah

Address: 568 Maryland St
Contact: 204-942-8951
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 2 PM – 9 PM
Organic Therapy by Jasmine Mah feels like a good pick if you want reflexology with a broader holistic twist.
Jasmine brings more than 30 years of experience and offers reflexology alongside Thai massage and other complementary treatments.
I like that the focus isn’t just on rushing through a quick foot session. Her approach centres on pressure points and a more traditional wellness style, which suits anyone curious about gentler ways to unwind.
There’s plenty to explore under one roof, from reflexology to herbal-focused care and massage. It makes the clinic handy if you like trying different treatments instead of sticking to one routine.
The downside is that the clinic doesn’t offer direct insurance billing, so you’ll need to submit receipts yourself.
It’s appointment-only too, which means spontaneous drop-ins aren’t really the vibe.

5. Henderson Massage Health & Wellness Centre

Address: 366 St. Anne’s Rd
Contact: 204-254-4744
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 10 PM | Saturday, 9 AM – 4 PM | Sunday, 9 AM – 4 PM
Henderson Massage Health & Wellness Centre is a handy pick if your schedule refuses to cooperate with regular clinic hours.
With two Winnipeg locations and weekday appointments running until 10 PM, squeezing in a session after work feels much more doable.
Foot reflexology is available alongside a broader mix of wellness services. Depending on the location, you can explore options such as physiotherapy, osteopathy, or acupuncture without bouncing between several clinics.
I like that the setup gives you room to try reflexology as part of a bigger wellness routine.
It feels especially practical for busy Winnipeggers who want more choice without making a whole day of it.
The downside is that reflexology at the St. Anne’s location isn’t available through online booking. You’ll need to call instead, which adds a small extra step.
